You'll win that race, I was 207.6 this morning so the lowest I'll probably go would be 205. The wife made a nice beef stew in the crockpot today, I had two bowls with some rolls.
 
I think my scale is broken. I’m 211. Even if I know it’s wrong, and it’s harder the next year to recover, I’ll kick my own arse over the summer to train for an elk, then go into hibernation each winter. It’s not winter yet.

That's not bad, you lost all that weight so adding some doesn't hurt that much.

I need to stop. 187 to 211 is +24lbs since Oct. It’s 49.97% of what I lost in 6mo.
One day it won’t be easy to shed.
This morning I weighed 208.6, not bad but I do expect that I'll add a few pounds this Holiday season.

I'm starting 2025 off at 207.8, from what I've weighed in the past, that's a big win for me.

I'll put on some pounds tonight, pasta, steak with Utica greens.

I started having a treadmill session a day, nothing big just 15 minutes. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I'll do two a day and then see how the old knees feel.

The last time I weighed myself it was 207.8, I'll get back on the truth teller on January 18. I haven't set a goal yet for the end of January but anything under 205 will be good.
 
Maybe the two sessions on the treadmill will be Monday thru Friday, stuffed manicotti tonight.

220 today.
I decided that I would jump on the scales this morning, 208.6. I'm thinking it should be more after the meal yesterday with the ice cream last night so I'll check again tomorrow morning.

Even though you've gained some, you can lose that once you start biking more.

The first session on the treadmill is done, I only did 16 minutes but with the wood stove going in the basement, I was getting hot. The knees feel good so there will be a second session today.
