@Ashful , the signs looked very temporary, just wire stakes with signs from Ace Hardware and some duct tape applied in an orderly workmanlike manner. But they had about 6 million of them. I am happy to think they were reseeding the grass or spraying for beetles, and I was there on the wrong day.
