While I'm at it, how important is getting these 2 screws out. They look like it's been years since they've been touched. I believe there's some cleaning to be done in there. I sprayed them with WD 40, and try them later.

Well the motor ran this morning during test. 🥰, must have been a bad contact. And it was quiet, just a wisp of air coming out the front . There were no status lights. That working now should I feel air coming out of the holes in the pot when it's running?

Not if your door is open, kinda kills the vacuum syst 😜
If you have exhaust hooked up id try it.

Great, it needs a seal yet, and no can't exhaust it. But thats good to know. 🥳
What's the trick to get the 2 bolts off the bottom of the burn pot with out breaking them. I WD 40d them but I read some where DON'T use pliers. I need to get in there to clean out.

WD-40 might work, I use PB Blaster for most of the frozen bolts/fasteners I have to deal with, just keep soaking them until they come free

I tried today by hand. No way. Applied more DW 40. What kind of force should I apply I don't want to bust it off..Also did more cleaning and this thing is filthy. Other then the fire box and the heat exchanger what else should I be looking at. The exhaust looks good. The carbon build up was crazy.

Wasn't as bad as I though. A little visgrip action and it's out. It's just jammed with fines, I removed the dust box below it and stuck the vacuum in it from below. It hardly pulled any out. I stuck my fingers up there and removed what I could get by hand. The compartment below it is just as filthy. Soo time for the big boys to come in and finish the cleaning. I'm sure theres more in this machine. Just curious, can I leave the cover plate off and turn the distribution fan on and blow it out?

Well that’s good you can get someone to do it, I e cleaned up a few of them and it isn’t terribly difficult but it’s something I’ve enjoyed. Any photos of the outside of it? Just my own curiosity

And I'm lucky there's a dealer 40 miles away. There's still 2-3 weeks for service. But lots.of parts. He's actually here Wednesday to fix some small stuff on my Quadrafire. The Harman just sort of came on if no where at the right time and price. I need something that will run 24/7 and it fit.

It's running and installed.
I started a 4 and am up to 6 and only got a 2 degree increase in temperature. I'm starting to panic. This was at 12.30 and it's 6 hours later. Temp outside has dropped maybe 2
degrees. It set on stove temp. It's gone through half a bag. It's suppose to drop another 10 degrees tonight. That equates to 2 bags a day at 20f. It's dropping to 10 tonight. And I'm looking at temps approaching 0 in a couple of days. On 4 the house was at 68. The status light is on but not blinking. I watched a video and I'm not getting the flame high that is being shown. It's like the airs not being blown through the holes but around it

You’ll have to experiment with the settings as it’s really a space heater….the cleaner it is the better it heats…as a sidenote, it’s supposed to be -25-30c here next week so I did the leaf blower clean today…what’s the approx area size you’re trying to heat?

1400 square feet. I'm also not getting great fan speed. It's not going any faster then when it first started. You stand 6 feet away you can barely feel it. The distribution fan is also very hot, telling me the stove is. Should there be a noticable difference in speeds between low and hi?
