200.6 this morning. Gained a lb. In the last 15 days, lol. I’m debating on cooking a banana bread this morning.
I started with homemade brownies today with a nice cold glass of milk after plowing today, tonight is ice cream night, that should add some pounds.I recommend eating cake, Lol
Just from reading your posts on this thread, you can drop the weight when you want to. I consider going off the rails weight wise, 212. I was over that not long ago, the snacking at night was my problem....again.I went on a ride yesterday evening. For the sake of practical purposes we can say that this was the first bike ride since October.
The scheduled ride was about 9 miles.
I made it 3.5, and bailed on the group at the first sign of asphalt. I just rode the greenway back to the road and took the road to the truck.
A little embarrassing since last summer I would have been in the front of the pack the whole time.

That's for sure, I had something starting on Dec. 4th or 5th that stayed with me for two weeks. I never stepped on the truth teller but my guess would be a 4 or 5 pound loss.I was traveling the week before this past one. I got sick and spent two days in my (hotel) bed.
I lost weight and arrived home at 173.
Sick is one way to loose weight ... Not advisable tho
You'll lose it, by the time fall rolls around, you'll be in a @yooperdave mankini when you're riding.Made it to 236 before I hit the e-brake. I guess Thanksgiving feast should have ended in November.
228 today.

I’m not sure how they did it, but the section of the trail to the right that is out and back, it’s up hill both ways. Pretty sure that’s the path grandpa walked to schoolMade it to 236 before I hit the e-brake. I guess Thanksgiving feast should have ended in November.
228 today.
