200.6 this morning. Gained a lb. In the last 15 days, lol. I’m debating on cooking a banana bread this morning.

205.6 the other morning.

The banana bread was half gone about an hour after it came out of the oven.

I recommend eating cake, Lol
I started with homemade brownies today with a nice cold glass of milk after plowing today, tonight is ice cream night, that should add some pounds.

The wife made another soup today, that has to be about 14 since January.

My wife loves soups. She dragged me to a soup walk a few weeks ago, lol

202.8 this morning.

I've shed my winter weight this month. Getting close to my summer target. It was easier this year, I only had gained around 7 lbs since October.

I was 208.4 this morning, I'll start getting back on the treadmill again this afternoon.

I went on a ride yesterday evening. For the sake of practical purposes we can say that this was the first bike ride since October.
The scheduled ride was about 9 miles.
I made it 3.5, and bailed on the group at the first sign of asphalt. I just rode the greenway back to the road and took the road to the truck.
A little embarrassing since last summer I would have been in the front of the pack the whole time.

Just from reading your posts on this thread, you can drop the weight when you want to. I consider going off the rails weight wise, 212. I was over that not long ago, the snacking at night was my problem....again.

I stopped the snacking at night before I gained more so that was good. You know what works for you, I'm sure you'll lose some weight if you want.

I never started my treadmill workouts when I said they would start, today my treadmill sessions started. I only did 16 minutes, I'll stick a second session in this afternoon.

At the end of the week, I'll step on the truth teller. It feels like I gained 4-6 pounds from my 208.4.

I was traveling the week before this past one. I got sick and spent two days in my (hotel) bed.
I lost weight and arrived home at 173.

Sick is one way to loose weight ... Not advisable tho

That's for sure, I had something starting on Dec. 4th or 5th that stayed with me for two weeks. I never stepped on the truth teller but my guess would be a 4 or 5 pound loss.

The first 15 minute workout on the treadmill is done, I'll try for a total of three sessions today since I missed my second one yesterday.

Made it to 236 before I hit the e-brake. I guess Thanksgiving feast should have ended in November.
228 today.

I’m not sure how they did it, but the section of the trail to the right that is out and back, it’s up hill both ways. Pretty sure that’s the path grandpa walked to school
In the winter.
