We had some storms yesterday afternoon, so 85 today. The evenings are feeling better too. Next week has some better temps forecasted.
I think a cold front hits us tomorrow afternoon, we should have a low around 49.

The truth teller said 209.8 this morning, hopefully next Sunday it says the same or below.

Days below 190 are becoming more frequent. Other days bounce just above 190.

I've been bouncing around from 209 to 211, that's a good weight for me. I have an appointment with the doc this year, I'm thinking a weight of 205 would be good for that appointment, I also like keeping my weight down before the Holiday season, that will leave some room for the meals we usually cook. Last year 218 was my high if I remember.

Pie season will soon be upon us. I usually start practicing my pie crusts in Sept/Oct.

This morning I'm back at 209, we'll push the meal I was going to cook tonight off until tomorrow night, hopefully I can break through 209. Whatever weight I'm at tomorrow morning, I'll try and beat that next Sunday morning.

We'll see how much this adds to the old frame, it's a good thing I had a good session with the outside treadmill (push mower) today before the rain hit.

The wife loved it, I'm a red sauce guy but this was good.

The truth teller said 207.6 this morning, I didn't do any work today but I'm hoping for a new low tomorrow morning.

You hadn’t been 205 in a while I don’t think.
On June 2nd I was 205.6 so yes, it's been a while. Usually my weight on Sunday morning is the number to beat but I changed that up, I want a new daily low this week.

Tonight's meal was chicken breast cooked on the grill with a hot tomato salad. I would be happy with 203 or below on Sunday morning.

Tomorrow night will be a fish dinner and then on Sunday night, steak with another hot tomato salad.

I haven't been snacking at night so that helps, usually it's just an apple or nothing.

I didn't have much of a weight loss but I'm back at 205.6, I'll get some work in outside today so maybe I can lose that point 6. ==c

Remeasured this morning. 176.
I'll check again in a month.

I hope so. I avoid weighing too often, and always weigh at the same time (before breakfast), to avoid chasing fluctuations.
To me a pound or two could simply be the effect of the natural fluid and solid processing of my body, so I don't bother with that.

That is only my philosophy - works for me, so I'm happy.

Since I started some bad snacking at night years ago, I weigh daily. I've stopped the snacking at night but still step on the scale after the morning wizz, 207.8 this morning.

I did get a good workout in this morning/afternoon stacking wood, I should be doing that again tomorrow before having a steak with a hot tomato salad tomorrow night.

I was 205 even this morning, I guess doing some work outside does help! ==c

After a good days work putting in some firewood for a neighbor, the steak cooked on the grill with a hot tomato salad for supper tasted great.

Sunday is usually ice cream night, I wasn't going to have any tonight but since the heat from today still has me pretty warm, I had a bowl.

This morning the T.T. said 206.4 after the steak and some ice cream last night. Under 205 by Sunday morning should be a number I can beat, bring on those lettuce wraps.

You’re gonna catch me. I’ve been backsliding.
I won't do that, I have another three weeks or even before when I get back to staying in a certain weight range. I'm thinking maybe 196 for a low.

Got a late start this evening and only got one lap in. Getting dark earlier for sure. I started at 7:00 and was back at the truck around 7:40.
