I've been bouncing around from 209 to 211, that's a good weight for me. I have an appointment with the doc this year, I'm thinking a weight of 205 would be good for that appointment, I also like keeping my weight down before the Holiday season, that will leave some room for the meals we usually cook. Last year 218 was my high if I remember.Days below 190 are becoming more frequent. Other days bounce just above 190.

On June 2nd I was 205.6 so yes, it's been a while. Usually my weight on Sunday morning is the number to beat but I changed that up, I want a new daily low this week.You hadn’t been 205 in a while I don’t think.

Since I started some bad snacking at night years ago, I weigh daily. I've stopped the snacking at night but still step on the scale after the morning wizz, 207.8 this morning.I hope so. I avoid weighing too often, and always weigh at the same time (before breakfast), to avoid chasing fluctuations.
To me a pound or two could simply be the effect of the natural fluid and solid processing of my body, so I don't bother with that.
That is only my philosophy - works for me, so I'm happy.
