If you think you can get a Harman factory rep to talk to you dream on. That company has a policy of you the consumer have to go to your dealer as the factory will hang up or ignore you. You will get the same BS from a Dealers Rep from Harman.
The customer doesn't mean squat in the factorys eyes.
Most other companies have people who will help out a customer with problems. They may have a decent stove but public relations is crap.
 
You should have at least got a deal on it like if you buy a left over moter bike or ATV or sled, If you paid the 2008 retail price that is a rip off,
