Not to throw salt into your wound, but my stovetop (off to the side, not right over the cat) is still at at least 350 after those 12 hours.
How many splits are you loading when you're only getting 10 hours of heat?

You're absolutely right - but a similar stove top temp on similarly sized fire boxes are comparable. 10 hours on a full firebox at 400 - 450 stove top isn't right.
You say your chimney isn't tall enough - you have 10' sticking above the roofline, and assuming your princess isn't on a highly elevated hearth and you have 8' ceilings, you have about 5' of connector inside. Add whatever is in the attic space, and you have more than the minimum 12' from the stove collar to the cap as listed by BK.
Something else is amiss I think.

Recently we went through a situation such as this with an Ashford. If the chimney is producing .04-.06 w.c." than I would agree something else may be at play. However, as all those that offered help learned, the recommendation of 4' of additional chimney yielded the desired results.
It was not a missing cat, bad thermostat spring, wet wood, broken by pass....it was insufficient draft for that specific application.
Once the draft equation was resolved, the owner reported back far superior heat production, so much so he had to turn down the thermostat setting and he began getting longer (very much so) burn times.
Please see if your dealer has a used 4' section you can try as a "loaner". If it works, buy it from him.
Let me know if I can call your dealer on your behalf.

Yes, there is going to be a lot of leverage on that tall pipe. I would start by adding a 3ft section. Be sure to install a brace or two on the chimney pipe. One is required at every 5' above the roofline.
Oftentimes, the mobile has no attic but just a thickish roof which includes the ceiling, insulation, and roofing. Kinda like a rafter setup. Low ceilings of course since this thing has to go down the road. If the stove is installed near the low side of the roof then you can have an ultra short chimney that meets the 10/2 rule.

When the stove is dialed down low you'll want to take the reading on the top above of the cat like BKVP is suggesting. These stoves dialed down the top above the cat is where the heat comes from.
True.
But temps taken anywhere on the stove would work comparability if its always the same place.
