The hopper was full of pellets, but the fire kept going out, and I noticed that the auger was turning, but the pallets weren't coming. So I pulled a bunch of pallets out of the hopper, and noticed that the pellets were sticking. to the sides, and when I felt inside the hopper, it was rough. Then I realized overtime the oils the sap whatever the pellets hold is slowly coming off on the hopper walls and making it sticky. I started to clean it with Steel wool , then I took some alcohol, pure alcohol, and the black that came off, so I completely scrubbed it down, and I took carnauba wax and waxed it up , now it's like the Swiss Bob and the pellets have nothing to stick to now
