I was in a 7.3 L diesel Ford. Almost 3yrs ago a 20yr old took a left turn from the right lane across my path, in a 55mph zone. I jammed on the brakes and tried to make the turn with him. Would have killed him if I didn't. Hit his front fender spinning him around. I then put myself in a ditch within the median. Truck totaled, I went without a truck for a year. Nothing but junk for sale with a tight budget. That was a year lost on bringing home wood too. A friend of mine put me in an 04 25ooHD Chevy with a 6.o L gasser. I still owe him a bit of coin for it. I hate the thing but it's getting it done...... I can't wait to replace it.
