Tonight I fired up the Englander to cure the new paint. A handful of pellets in the burn pot, pellets would fall a few at a time ( like 3 or 4 ) lit and would soon die out as not enough pellets are falling out into the pot. I checked the auger feed motor and its cycling but not much is being delivered ? I have done research and checked youtube for factory settings as well as more efficient burn settings... here is where my issue lies. The 3 buttons on the botton (Low Fuel Feed, Low Burn Air, Air on Temp) wont adjust? When I press them in order I get 6,4,2 Factory settings are 6,4,1 which these settings should be fine . But it seems I need to bump the feed up some or is there maybe a blockage in the auger? I didnt get all the old pellets out of the auger chamber which consisted of a lot of sawdust mixed in with the pellets that were in there. Im planning to pull the auger and check BUT my issue is, I want to adjust the settings but they wont change, When I press the button of the 3 on the bottom the values wont change up or down for any of them. The Heat and Blower values work fine. Any ideas if theres a secret sequence to press the buttons to unlock or is there an issue with the board? Start up, initial burn and shut down all work , just not feeding enough pellets to keep it burning.
