Englander 25PAH control board issue maybe?

If it was me I would try loading the pot 1/2 full or so and light it with a mapp-propane torch from the start and see what it does from there. If it has enough heat to start maybe then you could raise the heat-feed level to keep it going OK. If you had to open the door and drop in more pellets to get it hot I would do that.
It doesn't mean you can't replace the board later but it might get you going for now.
 
Short of trying a mode change, I think everything you're describing is a board change. Englander still has them for your stove for $310. I must have been thinking of an older unit... like mine.

The other day I started with a full pot , last night I did a half pot, by time it fired the pot was full BUT in the end, it was the same, almost dying out and flaring up with the few pellets that dropped.... it just doesnt keep an even consistent flame... if it would feed just a few extra pellets that would probly fix it. At least it does keep burning but would like it to burn better.

I would lean towards a corrupt program on the board, time to replace
