Hello all! I need advice. I have been loading my BIS panorama E/W, but am wondering if it would better to load it N/S. E/W has been fine, but is annoying now that temps are very cold outside. I often end up with a large pile of coals and this makes logs much more likely roll out with an E/W load. I have included a picture for reference. Thanks!

Seems like it’s worth a try. Make sure your wood is short enough before you put it in on hot coals.
