Hey guys, wanted to wish everybody a very merry christmas and a happy new year. I love coming to this forum it has been very addicting, I love all disscusions and all the knowledge that is on here, to me wood burners are a dying breed, not many people are willing to do what we do and they don't enjoy the small things in life like we do, everybody wants to live fast pace and take the easy way out in life , but sitting by stove and looking out the window at my wood piles, makes me slow down a little bit and reflect on how rewarding all the hard work has been, no matter how bad things look in the world just keep cutting, spliting and burning baby.

Merry Christmas, from the Texas Boy, to all y'all. We're here at my parents in NE Oklahoma where we're in a certified BLIZZARD. Only the second time in history a blizzard warning has been issued in Oklahoma and we're here for it! I'll get to wear my Sorels for the first time since moving back from Colorado! I'm READY! White Christmas it is for us! Y'all stay warm now, y'hear? ;-)

Merry Christmas everyone I doubt anyone isn't warm don't forget to track Santa on NORAD for the little ones!

It was 8 o'clock tonight and the stove was pretty much out... we didn't need it because of the fire we had earlier, but it being Christmas Eve it just didn't feel right without it. It's become a part of our life and our Christmas tradition, so we fired it up and now its rolling and will still be going come tomorrow morning... I love it!

Merry Christmas!

And a Happy New Year!!

Merry Christmas and a healthy, prosperous, and Happy New Year to a group full of funny and helpful members.

Merry Christmas to all...

Merry Christmas to all of you and thank you for all the help you've given me in trying to get used to this new-fangled burning machine. Dittos to the idea of being somewhat self sufficient - knowing if you have an ice storm-you still have heat.
May you have a blessed holiday season from all of us here in PURDUE country.

Merry Christmas to you all.

Now, what in the world are you doing on your computer on Christmas day? Give your spouse and your kids a hug and snuggle up with them in front of the fire. Shut the computer off. That's my next move.

+1 for me and another +1 from SWMBO who just read her first thread!
