Tegbert got it! 11 pairs remaining...

New to this site. Have been reading and studying threads about the Blaze King Line with great interest. Great site and great information.....
Have decided to go with the Princess but now I find they have been updated to the PI29.
Does anyone know the specific difference between the new PI29 and older model? I have to travel 2 1/2 hours to the closest dealer and he wants Paid In Full before ordering. I don't want to pay for the new PI29 and end up with the older model.
Any discussion would be appreciated.

Thanks, wildbilljp
The crate we ship in will have the model number. The label on the stove itself will state PI1010A or PI29. That is the only, 100% way to differentiate. Other changes are too small to tell....

Isucet gets it correct...10 pairs remaining....

should shut my mouth sorry.

For those thinking that pegging the cat probe of the OEM probe are over firing the cat, well I can say you're not. I have been switching back and forth OEM and condar probe with numbers and when OEM is off the scale, the condar is still reading into specs, 1200 to 1400. Looks oem probe, its accuracy is for the purpose of let you know when active/inactive. I did calibrate to room temperature all of them and test it on both stoves ( two condars and two OEM probes ). Same results.

Are you liking having the numbers on the probe? I think it's fun to think about it cooking along at 1300 all day.

That’s because they’re searching the forum. You mentioned once wishing you owned a ‘70.

Not me. I took a stab at 1970 because of its following. That was before the pic was posted though, lol.
