It's an ugly old tank. Not efficient, just a big belly that likes to munch wood. If going for a King or Princess, you want the catalytic version.What do you guys think about going with and old Blaze King KTJ-302? One in Craigslist. Thoughts?

Guessing the advantages/safety margin provided by a large stove far outweigh the misery of battling a undersized stove.
My opinion.
When I asked the response was: "Full time for the most part in the fall and winters". I was not certain what "the most part" means. If one takes a vacation during the winter, then reheating the place on return could take a significant increase in btus.It was my understanding that the cabin would be continuously occupied during the heating season
