VC customer service is non-existent. I have the C3, first season was awesome. Towards end of 2nd season, it failed, smoked and not drafting with exact same setup and dried white oak. Where do I start? I can't find disassembly instructions anywhere online.

Im with the above questions. Have you swept your chimney. How much wood have you run through the stove and what is the MC of the wood
Its easy to say your woods dry, it needs to be tested. If your purchasing the wood most likely its not where it should be
