Super Classic LE baffle welds?

As you can see from the picture It looks like the welds on the baffle have let go and you can see that the lid as started to lift. I can squeeze it back down so there some movement. Is this a problem that should be fixed?

The perspective of the picture is from the side. You can see the ebt2 tube opening if you look carefully. I have replaced the baffle gasket and reseated the baffle but sould i pursue the issue of the welds.

Wasn't like this last year. All other aspects of the stove are like new

1 year old as of August 2024, also does the picture make sense to you? Is this normal?

What does the opposite rear corner look like?

These 3 pics show top and either. Judging from the look, I would say that the top is held on by the ties on top and that there was never a weld. Maybe this is normal. looks airtight to me. I have called dealer and I expect it will be monday before I hear anything

Thanks, that helps. I didn't understand what was meant by a broken weld. Looks ok. It's a 2 piece baffle with the lower half being hollow and doubling as the secondary supply. The upper half is just an insulation blanket with a stainless lid cover.
