Stopped by a local Ariens dealer. The Deluxe 27 is right there for $999...same price as at HD. Same product. Amazing.
I played wiht it for a minute, the chute directional controls suck. Requires alot of effort to rotate the chute in the warm showroom, can't imagine wha its like to use in 10 degrees when its covered in snow and ice.
