Long story short: Bought my childhood house my parents built in early 80s. There is a Riteway Omni-I in the basement connected to the hvac system. It hasn’t been used in many years, probably over 20. While cleaning basement I found the original documents, and got me wondering if it’s worth putting back to use, or should I scrap? Seems like it’s still in usable shape, other than needing a good cleaning. Any information on these things?

Well all for naught anyway. Having new heat pump / air handler installed today, and was told that the new relays are not compatible with the old furnace anyway. Since unable to use, going to list for sale or take to scrap yard.

Sounds like an excuse to me...they just don't wanna fool with it.
