This is the first time I can recall in over a decade that we are not burning in November. By now we usually would be burning 24/7 but this year has been too warm with mid-50s every day. It was colder in October, but that system has headed east now. I'll have to post a proxy shot from October until winter actually arrives.

Just finished baking cookies. Down to coals with the air wide open, oven at 350df, 550df cook top, and 180df flue surface temp right before it goes into class A.
