Why would PE recommend a dealer in Kentucky if you're located in Michigan?? Is there really nobody else in Michigan you can go through?

Location, location, location. I'm about a hour and a half from penticton. And in my local town even non-pe dealers can get pe parts and process claims through their distributor.
The place in KY is their distributor, I believe it would be the place local dealers get their parts and supplies, like a stocking warehouse.
