Not sure, I'll have to check the paperwork. I was not here when they put the unit in.

Again. Thanks for all the help. We are getting more and more heat from the insert. Can't wait to try actual dry wood

If the insert is installed in an exterior wall fireplace an insulated blockoff plate can make a nice improvement in heat output. And if there is room for some insulation to be put behind the insert that helps too.
