I woke up this morning and found this "stuff" around my exhaust on the top of the stove. Nothing was on top of stove and looks like it was coming from the screw area it puddled around the whole exhaust of the stove ... Any ideas ??

What happened is that your chimney is dirty and it ran out.

I do not think it rained or snowed last night .... may have been some standing snow on the roof and the rain cap is in place .....

Then I think you are burning too low, the flue isn't hot enough and water condenses. You might even be stalling the cat.
How long has your wood been split and stacked off the ground? What species?
How tall from stove top to chimney cap?
Also you're using single wall resulting in heat loss that you can't afford when running low. You should be using double wall stove pipe.

Ok that makes sense ... I am probably 25" feet from the cap. Wood was cut 3 years ago but split this spring and been covered since. I believe it is oak. I had turned it down a bit before going to bed ....
Oak split this spring is your problem. It is not anywhere near being ready to burn. I would get your chimney swept ASAP, it is a time bomb waiting to ignite right now.
Ok I get that but I had tested the wood in November and it was at about 21%. The tree was down and cut into logs about 3??? Maybe 4 years ago and then I split it in April stacked it in a shed out of the weather. I was hoping it was ok.
Was the 21% on a piece that you grabbed an ax and resplit just before you tested it? Wood (especially oak) doesn't dry much until it is split.

Yes, but he puts the pins in perpendicular to the grain, even across that pith (which will have a higher resistance, so an artificially lower moisture content reading) whereas he should put them parallel to the grain.
This will add (at least) 2 percent in my experience.
The hat suggests it's also not 70 F, which will also add a percent or so.

You know it was predicted one of the engineers would point that out! But regardless of reading, the message is clear. Until split, stacked under cover, it doesn't count!

Funny how many of us are wood nerds.
Nomatter how much gunk is running down that chimney I am still impressed that it gushed out on top of the stove. With a proper dripless connection it should all run down into the stove. Perhaps those giant hex head bolts that were used on the collar are problematic?
