I heat 5400sf with a Garn jr. the trick is in the delivery as much as the boiler.
I’m only a couple hrs drive if you want to see one in action.
I have well documented the trials and tribulations of the Garn and my set up, do a search as I won’t get into that here.
Lean more toward what jebatty wrote, I dot think you need anymore than one Garn or other brand of boiler, 2 tops.
The best advice I can give is find a contractor experienced with designing a wood burning hydronic heating system.
