I've speared suckers that size before but never in a million do we find those in our baitshops.
When I fish for pike it's normally not until open water.

Spring? Whattzat?

We have two seasons here, winter and fall. Tuesday it was -35, yesterday warmed to +20 with 40 mph winds. Today its snowing horizontally hard. Take your pick.

We are gaining nearly 9 minutes of daylight each day now, almost up to 10 hours a day.

Yes indeed...we get those 55 degree temp swings too.30 yesterday 10 below this morning with snow on the way.
