No comment. Check back in a month and let everyone know what you think................Holy crap, what a machine, purposely running green supremes with no problems.

Ya my P61 is chewing on GS right now as I type. No problem, a bit ashy so I clear the pot now and then. There are some hotter pellets out there for sure but it's heating the house . It was 16F out this morning, 73 inside. Hotter pellets the stove would chew a few less of to do that is all..Holy crap, what a machine, purposely running green supremes with no problems.
Yeah. One thing they don't tell you in the book is to burn the stove off outside before install.I just hope the smell goes away soon.

You will love the Harman ! You might still want to find good pellets but the fight is over to find just perfect pellets that makes your stove work or it croaks out on you..
Amen! I've gone 5 weeks between routine cleanings! It burns every pellet out there. You'll love it.The burn in should be gone in a short time. I went ahead and ramped mine up hot to get it all in one shot mainly. Jason, You will seriously enjoy your new stove. Problem will be that you get spoiled. Open the door and do a quick pot scrape once a day. Ten to fifteen seconds tops. It will run a month straight no problem at all. It would likely go much longer actually if you get another ash pan and then swap them quickly. They do need cleaned and maintained regularly for best performance and longevity. That's a breeze with these.
Kick back in front of it with a beer and ring in the New Year!
And watch the smoke disappear!!Listen for the woof sound when it's first light. It's magic.
And watch the smoke disappear!!
Hee hee. But when it starts the clean burn that will go away.Disappear out the joints of my vent pipe. I've got some sealing to do!!
You must have standard Duravent. I had to seal mine too.Disappear out the joints of my vent pipe. I've got some sealing to do!!

Not sure how crazy priced another 'Harman' ash pan would be but a sheet metal fab shop could make another easily fairly inexpensive I's say. It would be very handy when your burning ashy pellets and it would get you to the end of the month. I'm sure there are some out there that might have extra ash pans.
After buying my harman boredom set In pretty fast.nothing to do just wait for the stove to be cleaned when it finally gets dirty enough.welcome to the harman gang hope you enjoy your new stove
Worth the extra money, wasn't it?I'm seeing how true this is. I can't believe this stove has been running for 2 days now and I haven't needed my ash vac or painter's tool or paintbrush or glass cleaner or a 5/8" nut driver or emptied the hopper to clear a jam....
I do need to work on my aim though with refilling, dumped about 10 pounds on the floor last night!
Now to start planning the basement install of the Englander!
Worth the extra money, wasn't it?
You're gonna have to watch it or that Englander is gonna be looking for a new home. . . . .Beyond a shadow of a doubt. The Hamer's are hitting the burn pot now and it has really come to life.
