Hello, I have a Dutchwest 2461 and it hasn’t been used in many years. I replaced the gaskets on it and everything but I can’t for the life of me keep a fire going even with The air handlers/damper wide open. The catalytic combuster is not engaged but yet the fire is still dying

Has the chimney been cleaned and inspected?
How long has your wood been split and stacked?

How tall is your flue?
What was the outside temperature when you tried?

Any new air exhausting appliances in the home running while you tried?
