Update: so it looks like my auger isn’t outputting enough either. I’ve been spoon feeding the burn pot and everything seems to run normally now. Well. Unless I keep manually feeding. I will take it out and make sure it’s not jammed or came off the flat side of the shaft

The first two buttons only change feed rate and air on heat settings 1 and 2 I do not believe they effect startup mode.

Could you check what mode your stove is set at: Should be D mode.

Unplug the stove
Plug power lead back in and press both the up and down blower speed buttons at the same time within 4 - 5 seconds and then release the buttons, you should now see a letter (A, b, c or d) in the left or right digital display under heat range or blower setting, you need to change this to 'd' using the up / down buttons below that readout once set to 'd' wait 10 - 15 seconds then unplug the power again and wait 5 seconds. (Sometimes the mode that you want does not set and defaults back to the mode that it was in before, repeat this step to make sure the mode that you want is set.)

Are you sure that's a 25 PDVC? From your picture, that doesn't look like any PVDC I've ever seen. I have its big brother (although the combustion area is essentially the same) and it looks nothing like your picture. That looks more like one of Englander's newer stoves with a single auger that drops the pellets into the burn pot. I'd start with confirming that.
As Bob noted, I'd start with the bottom 3 at 6-4-1. I know from talking to Englander, one of the models the bottom 3 only work on heat settings 1 and 2 but on the other its all ranges. I don't remember which applies to the single auger and which applies to the double auger.
Do you have a thermostat installed? If not, is it jumped out? Shouldn't matter at startup but if its not either there or jumped out, the stove will always run at heat setting 1.
Sorry I'm just replying now, was away from the computer all weekend.

Gotta be a cab80, cab80s or a cbpah

I would think the numbers should be higher I am not sure what the numbers should be but try upping the first number
In my Englander I think they were 4 4 1 the first number is the LFF so it is possible it isn't feeding enough pellets
try maybe 3 for the first number
On older ones the Default is 6-4-1 I don't know how much it would have changed
How do I adjust the numbers?

Sorry yeah the model is 25-cbpah

Thank you to all who were able to help.

I did get it finally work. I think the auger also slipped.

But now I’m hoping to increase the pellet feeding because it only wants to drop 2-3 pelletes

If that doesn't work, you might need to push both up arrows or both down arrows. Mine are older stoves, but that's what I need to do to change the "bottom 3."

It ran all night. Have adjusted the bottom three as 6-4-1
Not an ideal fire but it stays lit and warms. I think it’s safe to say it’s just a matter of trail and error on the settings but I think my main problem has been finally solved.

Top baffle issue. Auger issue. Settings issue. All have been slowly sorting itself out now.

Thank you to all who have posted and helped me take a step back to check the basics.

Thank you to Eric and Arc aswell
