Jumper 11. Couldn't find a jumper 18. MFG date 08/09.

Are you sure that you're looking at the jumper as shown in the link I supplied?

Was not looking at the right jumper. Thank-you. I will check tonight after work.

The thermostat jumper is nice and tight. I requested a day off in early Feb. Hopefully I can get through to customer service then. Thanks for all your help.
