I checked out the price for the solar storage tank. The cost is about $1800. Also received a quote from SSTS which for a similar size tank was $2300. The latter is similar to an above ground swimming pool lined with insulation and then an EPDM liner. Hope your solution is lower cost. I found 300 lb horzintal propane tanks to purchase and may go that route. Take care and good luck with your setup.
