Nice, most of the rounds were already taken so I didn’t get much and they are on the short side but it looks like good wood.

I’m tempted to split it and use it for my outdoor fire pit this summer since I am sitting pretty good with oak for the stove next winter.

Ash is good firewood. Good BTUs and easy to split. I didn't have many ash trees and the Blight killed 'em all 4 years ago. No more ash for me.

First time splitting Ash. This stuff splits like a dream doesn’t it? I had left some rounds with knots in them at the street because I didn’t want the hassle of trying to chop through them. After I found out how nicely these split I went back and got the last remaining rounds I had passed on ha! have some stacked and I just have to finish splitting these larger splits into smaller ones.
