Are those Dremel rotary bits good for chain saw sharpening?

I got one as a gift.

Good: You can 'sharpen' the chain in about ten seconds. It grinds its own rakers too.

Bad: Safety chains only. Their definition of 'sharp' varies from mine. Takes a lot of metal every time you do it. Obviously, this only works with the special chain designed for this sharpener.

Overall: If you need to turn a terrible chain into a bad chain in ten seconds, this is your boy. Personally, I'd rather spend the money on a few good chains and have extras ready to go.
