I'd say that's about right.
We had a 2 week cold snap here(got to single digits at night) and I was going through about 10 bags a week, running pretty much 24/7. My house is 2100 sq ft and it kept the living room about 80 and our back bedroom in the high 60's. Normally when it's not that cold*40s during the day, low 30s at night) we go though about 5-6 bags a week cause we turn the pellet stove off when we go to bed and set the central air to kick on at 64 degrees so that it doesnt get too cold. we can usually do the whole winter on about 2 tons of pellets and 30$/mo in natural gas.
