Greetings All,

I'm the second owner of a home (circa 1994) with a builder installed Superior gas fireplace insert with a unidentified lever which moves in and out on the lower left-hand corner.
I'm guessing that this is an air intake lever. However with no owners manual or identifying markings on it I'm not sure which position would open it, what purpose it serves or when it should be open or closed.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bill in Pa
