Recently received 3 cords of cut, split, stacked wood that had been stored in a barn for over a year for free due to a family friend who was moving. I was told there was some type of locust in the group. Never had any locust, but think the salmon colored wood in the pic might be honey locust but would like to confirm it. Also do you think the wood that was cut and split and immediately stored in a dry barn is ready to burn or will be by this fall/winter? Thanks again.
