Looking for a Wood Doctor (Regular or Medium) outside wood boiler manual for a new neighbour. New to rural living and it is his first wood stove/boiler. The boiler has not been maintained but passed the house inspection. It works but has had a vapour lock and a chimney fire in the two months since he moved in.
