I want my neighbors to burn and so will sell to them at a discount but I won't approach them to sell wood, they have to come to me and if I'm all sold out then so be it.

I cut extra wood for fun. Running and tuning and fixing saws, good times. Selling it is even more fun. Get to drive around and visit folks to get cash.
 
I’ve been helping my 85 year old neighbour for years getting his firewood for his cabin and house in town. In our area firewood is free and plentiful due to logging and forest fires. He is quite the character, always dragging stuff home from the dump or collecting other people’s junk so when I’m looking for anything I always go “shopping” at his place first. His wife is an excellent baker and constantly bringing over her baked goods. In my case it’s a win win situation.
