I have a Whitfield Advantage that seems to only burn right on setting 3. On 1 and 2 it won't even burn, and on 4 and 5 it builds big clinkers and the pellets overflow the pot, with the air damper all the way open. I have done a few all over cleanings and don't think I have missed anything, could this be a control board or combustion fan malfuntion? Or is it operator error?
What should I do next?.Thanks
