Hahaha he's grown alot since then. I do pay him a buck or two here and there, but he spends it on candy.
you paid them? I tell mine if they want to eat they have to work. If its a bigger job i'll throw in some ice cream tho. Be damned if my kids are going to grow up lazy or feeling entitled.

Work is good for us, not to be avoided, but to be pursued. In this day and age, most are obsessed with entertainment and leisure. It is all complete garbage and nonsense..turning our kids into little drama queens and gossips.
Besides, most of their friends will never know how to do anything. My kids will all know the basics of keeping up a house, fixing a car, putting meat on the table, shooting guns and self defense. This includes my daughter. I'm an equal opportunity employer.
And of course the art of riding a motorcycle.

It's been my experience that folks come 80% complete out of the box on character. I'm sure you've seen it, some kids are naturally organized, hard workers, some are slackers.Work them like rented mules.
