I installed a ductless heat pump in a rental house I own. It saved me a bunch of money and the house now has air conditioning for the week every year that it is needed.
One of the largest electric suppliers in MN just got another price increase. So I think that's 13 cents/kwh plus the monthly fee of over $25
19¢ here.....13 cents!!?!? Wow....I just locked in for something like 7 cents/kWh. I was paying almost 9 cents and thought that was a lot.
Shovel?, Its to much like using a maul to split wood. 10HP on 28 inch blower and then if that is to little a 90 HP front wheel assist tractor with loader.Umm....shovel snow?
Ya, got some of that too, still have to finish off with that damn shovel.Shovel?, Its to much like using a maul to split wood. 10HP on 28 inch blower and then if that is to little a 90 HP front wheel assist tractor with loader.

I would want to have another heat source if I were you, I would research what would be the cheapest in your area. With a mild winter and oil prices low.. What will pellet prices be next winter? Pellets are my only heat sorce and wondering what would be best for next winter... New oil burner? Or stick with pellets for next season..
Wow, that's incredible, the delivery charge alone here in Maine is at least 6c/kWh. Were you including the delivery or just the electric cost?13 cents!!?!? Wow....I just locked in for something like 7 cents/kWh. I was paying almost 9 cents and thought that was a lot.
19¢ here.....
Yup...So technically my electricity cost is 9.99 cents/kwh.
However, all the charges and fees are also tied to kw/hrs,
so literally double the cost per kwh.
