Using a Logwood 2469e in a camper. Is a small stove reasonable for long burns in winter nights?

The rear clearance is 14", side clearance is 15". Coming off the flue collar with an elbow and then a long horizontal is a real draft killer.

Get rid of the key damper, you won't need it now and it restricts draft a bit even when open. Come off of the stove flue collar with a 45º elbow, a short straight section, and the another 45º elbow. If you can do this with double-wall stove pipe it will be much safer. I'd also remove the black curtain on the back wall and the red box on the floor.

That is an improvement. Hope it works. The stove will run quite differently than the US Stove. Read the manual for operation. Be sure the bypass is open to start and the thermostatic air control set to open. There should be a decent stove top thermometer on the stove. That will be helpful for knowing when to close the bypass. In the meantime, it will have to be visual and time.

I'd remove this curtain for safety sake.

Will do with the curtain. Been reading the manual and watching videos. I'm excited, seems promising. Hopefully the expanding foam around the window isn't anything to worry about, it says combusts at 240 F and is outside of clearance spacing. Time to cut all my firewood to 12 inches!

Oh okay, my brother told me 12 in but I hadn't measured it yet. Now I see the top hatch is 14 in wide and so is the front door, and the firebox looks to be 16.
