Something to consider:
A big stove is hard to move. My NC-30 is a a 2 man job with a beefy hand truck. 400 Plus pounds. The country hearth on the other hand is 275 lbs ,i can easily move it myself on an appliance hand truck. Relatively small ,does not take up a lot of space. The 600SF apt i heat with it has very little insulation as its under renovation ,yet it does a admirable job anyway. im betting once insulated it will be more than enough to heat the place as its rated for 2000SF. I use a small fan to blow across the top of the stove after it get to 600+ degrees to take the chill out of the room quickly.
