First post , but lurking here for awhile.
I'm fixing a insert and I got questions.It doesn't have any kind of firebrick.Do I get refractory or dense ceramic firebrick? Check this nice thread https://www.hearth.com/talk/threads/34651/

I doesn't have any flux .It has a rectangular type (as airplane wing). Can I change or adapt that ?
Where can I get the door handle (goggling look like the brand is EZ-Insert ) see photo
What do you recommend glass or metal door cover (original probably was metal)

Any experience,tips ,ideas are very welcome
