Good evening!

We've come across a customer that has a firebox by the above manufacturer. While gathering information for a custom fireplace door, we realized that having a 16" deep mantel only 6" above the fireplace is not so safe. The model # is HS361.

Any chance someone has information on either the manufacturer or required clearances for the firebox? Having googled everything, we've had no luck, and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
