Maybe look into installing a baffle in your Fisher for a little bit more efficiency? There are a few threads on this over in the Classic Wood Stove Forum and also a designated thread to Fisher stoves where you may find some good tips and advice.

Other than cleaning, up to this year, the only maintenance in 14 yrs on our stove has been the door gasket. This year I replaced the baffle side insulation. It was like $20, so not a show-stopper.

I made my own from 2" kaowool. Something like this.

After cutting to length and width, I scored the middle down 1" deep for the 90º fold.
