Suggestions on door issue

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on getting the screws out of my Lopi answer door. I broke of 11 of the 12 screw heads trying to replace the gasket. Anyone have any ideas besides drilling them out?

if the heads are broken then you can only drill and tap. Get a good bit and it not too difficult. If you don't want to mess with it take to a metal shop, it shouldn't cost that much. good luck
