Stove was on this morning(mid 40's out). But its in the 80's today. Are we finally finished? Sure hope so!

I thought we might be, but nope. Fired for 45-60 minutes last 2 evenings. Shheeesh, enough is enough already

Must be this Global Warming stuff ????????
Term is now Climate Change..now they have covered their arse no matter which way the weather goes. Guess there no no weather swings prior to this generation messing up the atmosphere.........

It was a two stove night last night. I set the quad to come on at 65F and it came on twice even wiorth the little Whit running on low.

The little Whit will keep the house warm when the temps outside are in the low 50"s F but once it falls lower into 40's forget it.

I just got lazy and did not want to fire the big Whit.

Up and running again, and for most of the weekend I fear, but it was a nice long weekend warm and sunny and did some other fun things

Still cool here, and the weekend even cooler. So I'm still putting pellets in the Castile!

Still wet here.
Yesterday we had over an inch of rain. WOW
Still feeding the little Whit and letting the Quad pick up the slack at night.

I did not expect to see this type of weather this late in the season.

I am glad to see the rain though as we are a bit short for the season so far.

Ahh yesssss, a nice warm fire

40° last night. :(

Quad was commissioned. Again....

Hell, I had the Central Air on for quite a few days. Shut it off and kicked the Quad stat to 70°… :)

She was running when I woke up at 4:30a for work. Gonna miss the Ol Girl. Been a good run (5 seasons/ 08). Think I had 2 mid fires 2 yrs ago (replaced ignitor, only to find my gate setting was to low). So an ignitor and a Door gasket (also 2 seasons ago) is all I have done to it. Ran on Low over 90% of its life and did a damn fine job. Couldn't have asked for an easier and more efficient 1st stove.

Ran ours several mornings this week. Getting a geothermal system installed over the past two weeks, one of the diggers asked what I was using for heat ( he saw all my copper piping ripped out ) said pellet stove. Started asking me questions about them as well as the geo system.

This is nut's!!, sweating, hot, ceiling fans on, window fans, now freezing cold!!, all those beatifull weekends for 2 months, now Memorial day is a cold washout!!

Been cold here for another day.

Yesterday was somewhat warmer, but less rainy.

So far we have had the little Whit running pretty much all week.

Going to have to clean the thing this morning, Arrrrrrgh, I thought I was done with stove cleaning for this season. :(

Also I am not happy about running into my Shell stash so far.

I have to run Sept Oct and into Nov until I can get more Shells.

The supply is not exhausted, but I can't just run and buy some like pellets, Gotta wait til ma nature makes more.

Ahhh well, "June uary" is coming ;)

Looks like Winter Brrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!

Thankfully not cold enough for snow here but stove has been fired up since yesterday. First time ever running it this late in the season. End of week forecast shows 90 and humid!

"Globak Warming...." LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Stove still runnin'..... hope there are LOTS of pellets to buy in early fall.

Another pacific cold front rolled in here last night late and is dumping a buttload of cold rain on us.

Another Stove day again today.

The day was fairly warm yesterday and the stove was off all night, but I lit it this morning again.

Just plain dreary outside this morning.

We are at 1250 ft elevation, so when there is a storm in, we are in the clouds.

Just yucky outside.

Glad I got the grass mowed last weekend.

Still burning, thermostat decides when.

looks like juneuary will see at least a few isolated burns as well.

Yep. Stat is set :) Burning right now. This is current state. The buckets have long been emptied because the new stove is slated for install in 1.5 weeks.
Quads coming out :( (Great heater/only complaint is no High/Low)
Enerzone is going in :) (Super excited about its features and bottom feed tech).

Nah! Only cleaned the glass 3 times all season. Seeing the fire is overrated! Plus, I have over a foot of ash in it too :)

Only cleaned the inside once. !!! I know. I know. Must disapprove of that and clean daily. Again. Overrated. ;lol

Cheers

i've gotten that way about cleaning too as the heating season drags on into (apparently) june. 34 degrees out right now.
