You better confirm that act of congress! There has been a lot of previous legislation that did not end up actually paying.....
I think it has to get written into the IRS code, interpreted, etc.....

Lots of potential roadblocks.....would it apply to used stoves? would it even apply? Etc. etc.

Heck, the way that stuff is generally worded, it would apply to fireplaces (biomass).....and I really doubt people will get tax credits for a 30 grand built in fireplace!

Good to hear Larry. I have real bad allergies which are aggravated by the smell of smoke from a wood stove. My pellet stove doesn't bother me at all either.
