Hello
This will be my first post here.
I'm a caretaker at a rental and I've been assigned the upkeep duties of a couple of Ashley King pellet stoves that were purchased new by the property owner, 4 years ago.
I'm not trained in servicing those, or any other brand of pellet stoves.
But I have a good success rate at learning to maintain equipment, if I can find the correct information.
These stoves have been reliable, but recently have been failing to ignite,
So we replaced igniters and door seals and tightened up the door latches to properly seal.
And that helped, but they aren't as reliable as when they were new,
so I'm thinking that I should test some of the electronics.
Is there someone who I could contact or a source of material that has specs for that brand of stoves ?
That seems like a sensible starting point.
Thank You in advance for any assistance
