I recently changed the board on my Harman Accentra 52I along with the upgraded burn pot. I'm really not happy with the stove performance. Not sure if it is the new style burn pot or the draft is set a bit low?

Anytime you make a significant change in the stove i would fine tune it to run properly

when I changed the board on my accentra fs I had to adjust the draft. Also had to do it when I replaced the combustion blower. The procedures in the manual and it’s pretty straight forward, but you need something to read the preesure. I ended up finding a used magnehlic on eBay.

I'm not sure if your stove has just the board or the display panel? Either way you can adjust your combustion blower speed. Turn it to full and see the difference. If the flames are super active and sparks flying everywhere then turn it down a bit. You can measure your air pressure like your install manual describes and make your own manometer out of clear hose (search homemade manometer)
